We’re moving & a celebration performance!

September 3, 2009

Well, most things come to an end but they also lead to new beginnings. Home Family Fellowship has been going for one wonderful year now but our lease is up so we are changing venues. Don’t worry, we’ll keep posting our teachings for you every Friday.

To celebrate we asked Andrew McGarry to send us off with a finale performance and as usual it was beautiful. He sang “Jesus of Galilee”, James Taylor’s “You got a friend”, and we all sang “Wonderful Peace” together. Hope you enjoy!

If you would like to join our fellowship or just need directions please leave us a comment or send us an email at info (at) homefamilyfellowship (dot) com.

God bless!

Jesus Christ’s accomplished work overcame the world. As a result of our believing on Christ, we recieve Christ in us, the hope of glory. Therefore our believing in Christ overcomes the world for us. In our day to day life, we will face trials and tribulations but by applying God’s Word in our life, we can overcome evil with good.

Make a Change towards Christ

Thursday, August 13th, 2009

August 13, 2009

When we come to the end of our rope who do we turn to? What we need is to make a decision within ourselves to remove all obsticles between us and Christ. We need to say “I want to change, it is time to change.” This doesn’t come automatically and we shouldn’t wait till we are at the end of our rope.

Verses:
Leviticus 15:19-29
Mark 5:25-27
Matthew 9:21
Mark 5:28-34
Philippians 3:4-8

Our God is one of hope, he has provided hope to his believers throughout history. He provided Abraham and David hope through the first coming of Jesus. He provides us with hope through the second coming of Jesus. If that weren’t enough, all believers have an ultimate hope of the new Jerusalem where we will abide with God and Jesus forever.
