Habakkuk – Cling to the Lord

June 3, 2010

Our God is a righteous one who has great things laid out for us. Our job is to look to him, no cling to him, in all situations that arise in our lives. A great example of this truth is the prophet Habakkuk who, despite the dire situation Judah found themselves in through their own doings, repeatedly asked the Lord to spare them. In the most dire circumstances we should still rejoice in the Lord knowing that God will come through for us.
